Fundraising Opportunity for Schools & OrganisationsSell something that lasts a lifetime. For every album you sell, $5 is donated to your school or organisation. For every 20 you sell, you receive a free album that you can use as a raffle, or give away as a prize at prize giving.We offer an ongoing hassle-free procedure, which means very little effort and work for your school or organisation. If, on the other hand, you would like more control over the fundraising, you are welcome to co-ordinate the entire effort.You can choose to be registered as an ongoing fundraiser, and we will continue to send you money everytime someone nominates your school or organisation, or you can register for a one-off fundraiser.This opportunity can also be used if you are an individual wanting to raise money for yourself to participate in a school activity or event. This is how it works.Hassle Free Option:1. The school or organisation must register first with us by downloading the Registration Form and emailing it back to us. 2. Download the Flyer and distribute to each of your students or your fundraisers, or include it in your newsletter and enrolement packs to spread the word.3. Anyone interested in purchasing a My School Career album, is directed to our website where they can a) place their order and pay us directly through PayPal. Our confirmation email to them will ask them for the name of the school or organisation that they are supporting as a fundraiser. b) place their order by emailing us and requesting our direct deposit details. Our return email to them will ask them for the name of the school or organisation that they are supporting as a fundraiser. Once the order has been processed and payment confirmed, we will mail the album directly to the purchaser.4. At the end of each month, we tally up how many nominations were made for your school or organisation, and we transfer the money directly into your account. We then send you an email with a statement reflecting the names of your supporters.5. If you register as an ongoing fundraiser, we continue to send you money everytime someone nominates your school or organisation.6. How easy is that!!?? You want to be in control of the fundraiser:1. The school or organisation must register first with us by downloading the Registration Form and emailing it back to us.2. Once we receive the Registration Form, we will email back to you the Order Form and Flyer which you will distribute as you normally do for any fundraiser where orders and payment are taken.3. The Order Form and Flyer will have your school details on, ready for distribution.4. Once you have completed the fundraising drive, email back to us either a) the list of names and address of clients who have ordered a copy of My School Career album in order that we can mail the albums directly to those clients, or b) the quantity required so that we can mail the albums directly to your school or organisation for distribution yourselves4. Make payment to us, less the $5 donation for each album sold, either through PayPal or through direct deposit into our banking account.5. Once the order has been processed and payment confirmed, we will despatch the albums as per your request.Fundraiser opportunity to individuals wanting to raise money:If you are an individual wanting to raise money for a school activity or event, either of the options above can be used. Please contact us first before doing anything so that we can determine if your fundraising drive is for a legitimate reason.
